Super Strict 60 Days

Cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the accommodation fee, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.

The Airbnb service fee is not refundable. All cancellations must be processed through Airbnb per reservation terms for a refund.

For a 50% refund of the accommodation fee, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check in time (shown in the confirmation email).

If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the accommodation fee for the nights not spent is not refunded.

If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fee for the nights not spent is not refunded.

VRBO /Booking.com Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 60 days of check in and receive no refund.
